We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: your name and email address (provided during signup), payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment provider and never stored on our servers), and basic usage analytics (page visits, anonymized interaction data). We do not collect, read, store, or analyze the content of your conversations with your OpenClaw instance.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used solely to create and manage your account, process payments, communicate important service updates, and improve the Service through anonymized analytics. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Conversation Privacy
Every OpenClaw instance runs in a fully isolated environment. Your conversations are private by design. We have zero access to your messages or interactions with OpenClaw. We do not monitor, read, analyze, or use your conversations for any purpose, including training AI models. No one other than you can see what you discuss with your OpenClaw instance.
5. Data Isolation and Security
Each user's OpenClaw instance runs in its own sandboxed environment, completely isolated from other users. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to infrastructure is strictly limited to essential operations personnel and is logged and audited.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
If your 24-hour trial expires without subscribing, all your data, including your instance, configuration, and any conversation history, is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 48 hours. If you cancel an active subscription, the same deletion process applies. You may also request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your pricing variant for consistency. We do not use third-party analytics services. No analytics data is shared with external parties.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: payment processors (to handle billing securely) and cloud infrastructure providers (to host your isolated OpenClaw instances). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
