Common Issues

My instance did not spin up within 60 seconds

Rare, but it happens during peak demand. If your instance isn't provisioned within 2 minutes, it automatically moves to a priority queue. You'll also get a $5 credit for the wait. Still stuck? Email us.

I want to cancel my subscription

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After that, your instance shuts down and all data is permanently deleted.

I did not subscribe and want my data back

Once your trial expires without a subscription, your data is permanently deleted within 48 hours. We can't recover it after that. If you have anything important, export it before your trial ends.

I have a billing question

Email us at [enable JavaScript to see email] with your account email and a description of the issue. Refund requests, payment questions — we'll sort it out.
