Common Issues
My instance did not spin up within 60 seconds
This is rare but can happen during peak demand. If your instance has not been provisioned within 2 minutes, it will be automatically moved to a priority queue. You will also receive a $5 credit for the inconvenience. If the issue persists, please contact us via email.
I want to cancel my subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After that, your instance will be shut down and all data permanently deleted.
I did not subscribe and want my data back
Once your trial expires without a subscription, your data is permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot recover data after deletion. We recommend exporting any important data before your trial ends.
