Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TryOpenClaw.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Operator

TryOpenClaw.ai is operated by MB Nesisuksi-negyvensi, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania, located at Taikos g. 164-23, LT-05229 Vilnius, Lithuania.

3. Description of Service

TryOpenClaw.ai provides a managed deployment service for OpenClaw AI instances. We handle the configuration, deployment, and hosting of OpenClaw on your behalf. We are not the creators of OpenClaw and are not affiliated with the OpenClaw project in any official capacity.

4. Trial and Subscription

The Service offers a paid 24-hour trial period. During the trial, you receive full access to a dedicated OpenClaw instance. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a monthly plan to retain your instance. If you do not subscribe, your instance and all associated data will be permanently deleted. No refunds are provided for the trial fee.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service, including your email address, name, and payment details. Instance data is stored on isolated infrastructure and is not shared with third parties. When your trial expires without subscription or when you cancel, all data is permanently deleted within 48 hours. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe on the rights of others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall TryOpenClaw.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is an independent open-source project with its own licensing terms. TryOpenClaw.ai does not claim ownership over OpenClaw or any of its components. Our Service, branding, website content, and proprietary deployment tooling are the intellectual property of TryOpenClaw.ai.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
